Francesco Buscema, the owner of Sicileat has a true passion for food. Born in Palermo, Sicily, he grew up surrounded by family that shared their love of Italian cuisine with him. His uncles were also restauranteurs and eventually Francesco followed in their footsteps, attending culinary school for 5 years in Cefalu, Sicily. Francesco is bringing his authentic expertise to SICILEat by introducing a new concept: Sicilian Street Food (Rosticceria).
